Non-Member District
$193 One Day Attendance
$385 Two Day Attendance

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadline is April 13, 2012 to receive a full refund.
The following administration fee applies to cancellations received between April 14-22:
$75 per individual per day from SMCAA member districts
$105 per individual per day from SMCAA non-member districts

No refunds or cancellations after April 23, 2012.
Your district may send another staff member in your place, if you are unable to attend after the cancellation date.

Reservations
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations by calling Tan Tar A at 800-826-8272. Registration deadline to receive the SMCAA Spring Conference rate of $79.00 per night is March 31, 2012.
