SMCAA 2012 Spring Conference

To register for the SMCAA 2012 Spring Conference simply fill out and submit the form below. Each Attendee must register individually.
Each registration must include a valid P.O. number.

Registration Deadline:                  April 25, 2012

SMCAA Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation deadline is April 13, 2012 to receive a full refund. The following administration fee applies to cancellations received between
April 14-24:
            $75 per individual per day from SMCAA member districts
            $105 per individual per day from SMCAA non-member districts

No refunds or cancellations after April 25, 2012.
Your district may send another staff member in your place, if you are unable to attend after the cancellation date.
